Project Overview
The platform reorganises a 13-week Organisational Behaviour course into a structured bilingual revision environment. It brings together course lessons, tutorial practice, theory explanations, case evidence and exam preparation in one interface.
Rather than presenting another set of linear notes, the product gives learners multiple routes into the same knowledge: by teaching week, examinable theme, case, practice task or revision goal.
The Learning Challenge
Organisational Behaviour requires learners to move between formal theory, lived group experience, case evidence and critical reflection. Course files organised by week do not automatically show how those layers should be combined in an exam response.
The design challenge was to preserve the source trail while translating fragmented materials into a coherent and usable revision workflow.
Learning System
The platform connects four complementary modes of study.
Complete Course
A 13-week structure combines lesson explanations, tutorial questions and archived source material.
Micro & Macro
Examinable themes are reorganised across individual, group and organisational levels rather than remaining isolated by teaching week.
Case Evidence
A bilingual evidence library links cases and readings to the theories and answer structures they can support.
Practice & Progress
Mock-exam pathways and locally saved progress help learners move from reading to active revision.
Design Approach
Audited the available course files and mapped them against the complete teaching schedule.
Separated source material, explanation, application and exam guidance so their roles remain clear.
Connected theories to concrete examples, common mistakes and answer-writing use cases.
Created bilingual labels and explanations for faster switching between course terminology and personal understanding.
Added persistent revision progress so the interface supports repeated study sessions rather than one-time reading.
Current Outcome
The live platform currently provides a complete course navigation structure, dedicated Micro and Macro revision pathways, a bilingual case evidence bank and mock-exam preparation. It also records revision progress on the learner’s device.
The project demonstrates how information architecture and interaction design can convert a large set of teaching materials into a focused, source-aware revision experience.
